Suomalainen Sound of R.E.L.S dancepop-projekti saavutti menestystä 1990-luvulla. Sound of R.E.L.Sin juuret ovat lähtöisin 1980-luvulla toimineessa Bogart Co. yhtyeessä. Bogart Con lopetettua bändin neljä jäsentä (Redford, Eagle, Lane, Stoneman) perustivat tuotantoyhtiön ja ryhtyivät tekemään musiikkia RELS-nimikkeellä. Myöhemmin projektista syntyi Sound of R.E.L.S dancepop yhtye. Yhtyeen suurimmaksi hitiksi nousi "Raising My Family", joka oli alunperin Steve Kekanan reggae biisi 1980-luvulta.
